Vinny, thank you so much for reading my blog about my struggles with bipolar (my daughter's and my own). Every time I've ever written about this, you have always responded with such kind, comforting words. I worry sometimes about sharing too much, but if indeed there are people out there who are suffering the same types of problems as mine, I hope my blogs make them feel less alone.
Have a great weekend! If it's possible, that is, under the awful weather conditions I've been seeing on the news. The entire North American continent is covered by a HEAT DOME?! Had never heard of those before. I wonder if this is a new thing. I know how active you are, so I hope the heat dome doesn't pin you down! 1681 days ago

Vinny, it must have been encouraging to see Judith ride a bike for a whole mile, but I'm so sorry to hear that she was in pain later, especially "through the night." Nighttime pain always seems a little worse because of the fact that it's dark outside and you're supposed to be sleeping, not being kept awake by aches and pains. I hope her therapy continues to go well and that when you try again next month, she'll enjoy herself both during AND after the ride. Take care and keep us posted! 1686 days ago

Thanks for your comments in the marathon group. I have decided that I'll definitely be at the Dick's marathon, but I still am up in the air as to whether I'll be running the half or the full. You have quite the impressive line up! 1713 days ago

I had something similar quite a few years ago. Crystals in my middle ear that are used for balance go out of place. I was misdiagnosed as having Meniere's. But a person in the specialist's office told me to go to a dizziness clinic and they cured me by putting a special helmet on my head to isolate eye movement and then manipulated my head until the crystals went back in. It made me almost sick while they were doing it, but was an instant cure. But at $180 per treatment its expensive. Once the first treatment wasn't successful and I needed a second. I am hoping they will go back in naturally. I am still dizzy but not bad if I control my head movement. Fortunately I have only had this a few times. 1729 days ago
