Shredded cabbage is the way to go! I like it prepared other ways, too, but shredded is the best. My husband was told by his doctor to lose weight (high blood pressure and sleep apnea), and the doctor recommended that before the main course (not that we have courses here, but you know what I mean), my husband eat a big plate of shredded cabbage, presumably to lower his appetite for carbs and fats. Even with just a little bit of salad dressing, shredded cabbage is so delicious and filling, so I can see why it's your weapon of choice when warding off binges! 1487 days ago
