Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie. I lost 50lbs and was able to keep it off for a year, but it's been slowly creeping back :( I'm getting married this June and I really want to look my best. So from today on I'm going to make a concious effort to work towards getting rid of the last 20lbs.

My Goals:
- work out 4 times a week

- lose last 20lbs

- flat tummy

- look GREAT at my wedding!!

My Program:
I started my weightloss journey 3 years ago. So far I've lost 50lbs. Sometimes I get lazy and don't work out or eat really unhealthy, but I'm learning to be more consistant.

My program consists of random workout videos, walking, and being mindful of what I eat.

Personal Information:
I live in WA and I'm a 4th grade teacher. I like to browse pinterest wedding boards, watch trashy TV, read, and crochet in my spare time.

    The Burn Fat, Have fun is a workout that feels like dancing. You can go to the store and buy the latest issue of seventeen magazine(it has like 6 workouts for 6 weeks!) or you can look on and see if they have it online. :) & Thanks for the comment on my blog!

    I started running using the Couch to 5K program (check out my page and you'll find the team!). It's an AWESOME program that takes you from 1 minute of jogging to 30 minutes in week 9. You can take as much or as little time as you want to do it!

    Good luck on your journey and training for the sprint tri!!!
