UPDATE: 03/01/11
Well I have been on track with P90X and running... I have cut back totally on soda and junk food.
I started runing the first week of Feb. starting with just a mile a day. It has been about a month now and I am jogging at 4 miles now. I feel so much better. I can tell from my eating habits that I have cut back on my portion sizing. I get full fast and I drink gallons of water to keep me going...Off to a great start on my "Successful Year"...
As of 2/08/11
Weight: 184 lbs
(Just walking everyday and watching what i eat, by 03/01/11, I was at 170 lbs.)

UPDATE: Jan 28, 2011
Have not had a drink of soda since Jan 2nd!!! Feel better that I don't crave it anymore. Now if i can get my husband off the soda a day deal, that would even be more of an accomplishment for me..
Have been sick so I have not been eating right.
Feeling down lately, had gained 5 lbs back :( But I have been doing really good about what I put in my mouth just within the last month.
I am starting slow this time, walking and just using my yoga ball for excercise.

As of 01/28:
Weight: 180.74
BMI: 32.1 (obesity)

UPDATE: 10/28/10
Well I am back on for excercising, eating right and just being plain ol' healthy!!
I still weigh 174 lbs, which is good. Didn't gain any weight. I am in my biggest size jeans right now. NOT buying anything larger than a 14.
I'm gonna make this work...

UPDATE: 03-22-10
Well I managed to just slack off on this diet I am suppose to be on. Just reading everyone's comments and I want to be one of those ladies that has a success story and to actually stick with it. I just quit doing everything, even my P90X.
I had to look at this from a different perspective and I realized I was just hurting myself!!
I want to feel better for myself. (I'm NOT unpacking my large clothes).. UGH.. My current clothes are tight but that is a reminder that I need to get back on track with things.
Now I am taking it one step at a time. Need to keep track of what I eat and my excercises.
Lets go at this one more time... this time my ticker will move and keep moving to the right direction.
Wish me hard work and determination!!

UPDATE::: 11-11-09
Well i started my P90X on Saturday, 11-7-09, and I have not had a drink of soda since...Feeling sore even though I was doing the minimum that is allowed for P90X.
I weighed myself and I weigh 178.5 lbs, which was devastating because I really watching what I eat and when I eat it.
Want to fit into my size 10's by Christmas beacuse I want to feel good and look good for family that we have not seen for so long. We are hosting the Christmas dinner this year. Very excited...
Loving the P90X so far.

I Admit I have been slacking from my workouts and just eating whatever is in sight. That seems to help me when I am just feeling down. It's been a very hard month for me. Lost my brother and I just went downhill from there.
Right now, I am getting back into my rythym of things. Starting out with ALOT of yard work, just moved into our new home. Walking more but no gym workouts yet. Trying to invest in the P90X program.
Thanks for viewing my page...Let's have fun while losing the weight and investing in new beginnings...

Well, a whole year went by and I am still weighing in at 170 lbs. I am so upset with myself. Been through alot..We now own our New Home!!!
I want to just feel better about myself, inside and out. I want to invest in the P90X but want to hear results of anyone that had tried.
My husband also wants to join so that is a plus for me:)

Well it's been 3 weeks and I am having the hardiest time just starting my success to my new weight!!! I have set new goals and hopefully that gives me the boost I need.

Hi I am looking forward to my challenges at losing my weight...and gaining self respect at the same time, also meeting new people... I am a very active person, love hanging out with my kids and doing outdoors activities. I have struggled with my weight most of my life. When I first get motivated, I am excited and that usually last about a week and I feel grungy again. Self motivation is tough.
I have a desk job and thats what gets me because I tend to snack while I work and that goes on daily.
I want this soooo bad, but struggle with the idea of actually doing it!!!
Help, I need motivation!!!

I praise you for my body
Dear God,
As you know, some days I wish I looked different than I do. How good it is to be reminded, Lord, that You had me-exactly this me- in mind long before I came to exist! So today, I present myself to You with grateful hart.
Help me to be a good stewart of my body.
I want to celebrate, nurture, and respect it.
By your power at work in me, I praise You for every molecule, gene and freckle!
