The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first small step.


And it's been quite the journey... I've been actively exercising and eating healthy for about 3 years now, and have lost about 120 pounds so far. I joined the Sparkpeople community to interact with other likeminded enthusiasts to give and receive support in these endeavors.

Fitness Minutes: 1,085

My Goals:
Working at bringing my weight down, from a high of 354 in May 05, and down to 226 as of today.

My Program:
 Right now I train with a personal trainer once a week (strength training), and do two other strength training sessions on my own, using programs of his devising. I also take spinning class twice a week.

 Music (particularly classical), books, computer video/games, good food and drink (particularly of international cuisines).
