Back on Spark. Returned this spring (2014). Changing eating habits, and getting to gym on a regular schedule.
A steelhead is an ocean going rainbow trout. Long, slim fish. Most I have caught were between 9 and 22 pounds. A great sport fish.

Fitness Minutes: 197,880

My Goals:
Would like to lose about a pound a week. Get down to target weight, and maintain it. Get in better shape.


My Program:
 Minimum of 150 minutes of exercise at week. Mix of weights, orbital, yard and garden, walking.
Track food
Track exercise
More vegetables
No added sugar
Less prepared foods with sugar


Personal Information:
Engineer from Oregon.
Mostly retired. Married and have a big family. 6 kids, and 14 grand kids. New grand daughter Feb. 2015.


Other Information:
 Love making music with others. Play bass in a celtic band. At home play tenor banjo everyday. Also a little guitar, and mandolin.

    Sure good to see you and your wife are still here for support. I am so close to having perfect health test results and would sure like to try for it for my 6 month follow up. I think if I could just lose 10 pounds I just might get that perfect test! And it certainly wouldn't hurt to lose the 10 pounds anyway. Just wanted to say thanks for your support.
