    Plateaus are tricky. But in order to jump start weight loss, you must change something about your current routine... either take a week break from your exercise routine, or change something about your diet... but in order to continue the weight loss from occurring, you must make a lifestyle change, and keep it for a consistent amount of time! Typically if you can make a change and keep it for 3 months, it will be ingrained into your habits.

    What do you think would be the easiest thing to change? Hardest thing? The easy things will produce a modest loss. The harder things will typically produce drastic results! What are you willing to do to jump-start your weight loss again???
