A New Beginning
I struggle to know what to put down here because I struggle to know myself.
I am vowing to Make this a good year. I am starting today July 1, 2008. Here's what my game plan is for this month:
Focus on planning my meals in advance. If I plan my meal I have to eat it! No changing my mind mid day and getting take out instead. I will give myself $1 for ever day I plan my meals and stick to them to use at the end of the month to buy new songs for my ipod,

You are doing great! I slept ALOT in the beginning of my quit. It was the only way to keep my sanity. Do you what you need to do, just don't smoke!!
