I'm a 23 year old college student from Cincy and my current goals are to finish school and get into shape. I come from a big family and when I say big I mean that all the women are plus size. I know that it might be genetic that I'm not small but I would like to at least control my weight.

I want to be healthy and live life to the fullest. This means I have to eat healthy and be more active in life. Life is short and I want to be able to enjoy it the way I want.

I currently weight about 280 lbs. and wear a size 24. I would like to be 160 lbs or less and/or wear size 12 or less. (I can't even remember when I was smaller than that)

There will be nothing greater than taking action to becoming healthier while at the same time losing weight and becoming a whole new person.

I recently joined the YMCA and go there twice a week for a fitness class that I love. Now I have to get myself to go there three more days so that the pounds can melt away.

UPDATE:

I have started an exercise regime and Weight Watchers. I have loss weight and want to keep losing. It's hard work but I know in the end it will be so worth it.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose more or less 100 lbs.

I haven't weighed myself in a while and the last I know of is 250 lbs.

By The end of this year (specifically November) I will like to be under the 200 lbs. mark because I want to feel sexy and be able to show off my new body for my birthday.


My Program:
I plan on kicking junk food out of my diet. That will be the hardest thing to do but there is always fruits and vegetables.

After that I will exercise at least 3x a week in order to burn calories.

The overall picture is to eat healthier and exercise to actually lose weight.
