I would like to lose a few pounds and develop good diet and exercise habits to maintain a healthy fitness level.
My Program:
I am following nutrition recommendations and tracking all of my food. For fitness I'm doing the 28 Day Bootcamp DVD along with the elliptical, walking and some strength training.
Personal Information:
I live in Minnesota with my husband (Walleyeguy) and my two school-aged kids.

Way to get that workout in! I did mine this morning, which is a switch for me. But I like getting it done in the morning, then my day is free! Plus, I feel like I am more awake!
