I am 35 and married! I am looking to drop 10 more pounds and work on getting in better shape! I lost 20lbs in 2010 - but 2011 will be my most fit body yet!

I finished 4 half marathons since Dec of 2009 - but still have a little extra weight I would love to lose! Follow my running blog at stacicatrunning.wordpress.com!

I love exercising with my 7 year old Lab, Rex! He is an inspiration and fun workout buddy. We hike the local trails in my city and walk almost every day around my neighborhood!

My Goals:
Now that I have run 4 half marathons, I need to focus on getting 10 more pounds off! Come on already!

1. I am looking to run another 1/2 marathon on Feb 6, 2011 in under 2:30!! DONE

2. Lose 10 more pounds by March of 2011! Still working on you!

3. Workout, even if it's just a walk around the neighborhood, 6 days a week!

4. Run 13-18 miles a week!

5. Get faster! I want to run the Mardi Gras 5K in 29 minutes!

6. Plan a family and plan to continue with a healthy lifestyle forever.


My Program:
1. Follow my half marathon training program and keep my millage up!

2. Hike for 75 minutes or more once a month! Get others out to go with me and encourage each other.

3. Walk 5-7 days a week for 30 minutes or more with the dog!

4. Sprints and stairs at the college every Monday.

5. 3-4 runs a week of at least 2 miles.

6. Gym workouts 2-3x a week. Lifting and cross training.

7. STRETCH Every day and after EVERY run!

8. Maintain Flexibility learned in Yoga in 2010.
