Fitness Minutes: 45,536

My Goals:
This year, my main goal is to push myself outside of my fitness comfort zone by doing more strength training.


My Program:
-CrossFit 3-4 times per week
-Whatever else I feel like, depending on CF programming--usually running, interval training, or yoga.



Personal Information:
I currently live in Cincinnati, but moved around and traveled a lot growing up. I still thrive on exploring new places every chance I get! I like to write, sing, dance, and cook with my friends. I have a bachelor's degree in health promotion and education, and love to help people reach their personal health goals.

    I was checking back in to see how you are doing since November and I see you are 12# away from your goal. I know you are signing into SP every single day. I've signed in now for 102 days and I've lost 24#, which has been slow, but I'm happy as long as I never ever gain back a single pound of it. We can do this!! It has been so upsetting to me to check on people and find they never really got started or they have quit signing in to Sparkpeople. This is so important to care for our health and well being.
