My goal is to become a cop next year. I read up on it a little on what they expect from an individual in the academy like: being able to run 500 meters, jumping obsticales and benching your own weight. I can do NONE of the above (lol)! I always wanted to be a cop and my time was born now. I know there is a recession and I also know NYPD is on freeze right now. Hell, they gettin rid of a 1,000 of them now because of the buget! This gives me enough time to prepare and sculpt myself to meet the NYPD's standards. I started my on diet and workout plan on Jan. 29, 2009. Hope I make it!

My Goals:
I really want to be a runner. You burn more calories running, but I cant ever get my breathing right to go the distance. And I waiting for the moment that the burn and hurt from my workouts becomes a great feeling and an addiction.

My Program:
I'm in NYSC (NY Sports Club) for total body conditioning and treadmill work. I use Zumba @ home once a day and then twice a day when the weather's too bad to go out. And soon I will be runnning with my best friend who was in the ARMY.

Personal Information:
I was born on Staten Island. Grew up almost everywhere (on the East coast). I've been in Bronx for about 6yrs now (since 2003). I'm a DeVry student and hopefully for John Jay for Criminal Justice.

Other Information:
I love handball and playing with my ferret (Mojo). Everything else in me is in schoolwork and family. I dont hang out much. I don't smoke and I don't drink.
