Wow we are 6 months into the New Year already!! So many of us have redacted our wt loss plans and goals, as we should, but some of us have not quite totally committed to getting healthy. I admit, I am in the latter category but only a loser fails by giving up completely the task at which they started. I will never give up but I am determined to become more committed in creating a healthier, happier me. I am not looking at this challenge in terms of this year, I am keeping this a life long goal but revamping where I need to. So good luck in journeys, and now I am back to mines. Wish me well.

My Goals:
wgt. goal: 155lbs

increase H2O intake

exercise 3x a week

Staying motivated

reaching out to those with similar goals

Meditate and focus on the positive more than the negative.

My Program:
I am currently monitoring my intake, have to remember to log it on Spark. Working out 3x a week, and starting back to use my Alli. Which is a great help for me because it helps me eat right (and keep you eating right..lol). I would also like to start my walk/run program again, and I am still doing my Turbo Jam, but I will be kicking that up a notch. *To this I have added working out with the Wii fit games and it is so great, I love it.

Other Information:
I love reading romance, drama, and inspirational books. I used to love to skate, and I want to soon get back into that area of exercising, but I still get to dance and its so fun doing that with my children.
