For my week nine activity on Thanksgiving. I took a nap. I was so sleepy (and I didn't even eat turkey)! *I had to post it here because spark people is bugging out on posting pictures for some reason. i had a really cute photo to post of a reindeer sleeping :D

Hello! My name is Sherrae Ranum.
I reside in Sauk Rapids, Mn as a college student seeking my generals for now. I either want to be a pediatrician or a veterinarian, I cannot decide.
My goal is to become healthy and fit by next summer 2011. My grandma promised me that if I lost weight, enough to be able to feel good about myself again, she will take me to San Diego next summer. I grew up in California and it would be great to look good in a swimsuit again and see all of my friends I grew up with. I have quite the goal because I have over 100 pounds to lose. That would put me about 160, where I was when I graduated high school. My premier goal is to become between 140-145 pounds, if I do not make that by summer, that is ok..But the 100 pounds is a must.
I AM DONE!
*I am done feeling sad when I go shopping with my friends. i can never find cute "fat" girl clothing.
* I am done crying every summer when bathing suit season rolls around.
* I am done thinking that people are judging be because of my weight. Let's face it, I do not have a lot of friends, and I think it is because of my weight issues.
* I am done falling off the wagon...I cannot make anymore excuses. This is for my benefit and for the longevity of my life.
I WILL...
*Promise to ask for help and support if I feel like I am about to fall off the wagon.
* Promise to be a motivator to other ladies or gentleman who feel they need the support as well.
* Be famous on Spark People one day :)
* Promise to give this everything I have!

My Goals:
I have a goal to...
*Come to Sparkpeople everyday and record what I eat and any fitness I may have done for the day.
*Exercise at least 3 times a week(Cardio) and swim everyday.
*Lose 120 pounds to achieve my goal weight of 140-145.
*Be positive and keep going.
*Keep with my Herbalife diet.
*Turn to my peers if I feel I need help with anything.
*NOT GIVE UP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I can only achieve what I put in, and this time I am going for the gold and not quitting when it gets rough.
10 pounds:New yarn for crocheting.
20 pounds:
Get a sparkpeople item.
40 pounds:
Get some new skinny jeans.
60 pounds: Mini vacation to FL with the husband. This is my mid-way mark. We will be going to Walt Disney World for Spring Break 2010 if I can achieve this.
80 pounds:
Designer sunglasses, purse, or clothing.
120 pounds:
Go on a vacation and relax with my husband. Either Hawaii or the Bahamas, someth
My Program:
The Herbalife Program:
*Formula 1 protein shake 2x daily.
*Total Control, Cell-u-loss, Thermo-bond, Cell Activator, and Multivitamin supplements 3x daily.
*Balance meal, preferably for dinner.
*At least 8 glasses of water a day
*It is ok to snack, but trying to incorporate healty fruits and veggies for my snack instead of junk food. Mid morning and Mid afternoon an hour or so after taking Formula 1 shake and vitamins.
*if I do not have time to make a herbalife shake, I will substitute with the Naked Smoothies.
* I am also going to give Zumba for a spin...It looks very fun!
