Introduction Text I've been keeping an active life for some time now. I love to run, and I'm always looking for fun ways to get fitness in. However, I am struggling horribly with nutrition. The wonderful world of Fast food and bad foods haunts me to this day. I have to break my mental idea that as long as I am running and staying active, I can eat whatever I want.. because, well let's just say, it's not working for me. I have successfully kept off 10lbs of my weight since I started my healthy journey. However, I've been stuck for sometime now. And it's time to kick it into high gear. Time to release the demons that make me think it's not possible, and to unleash the inner strength I know I hold inside. Simply because I am worth it!

*Beat my climb record (16min 23sec) of the US Bank Building. { goal accomplished on 11/20/09, new record for US Bank Climb 15min 04 seconds} {Goal Accomplished AGAIN!! on 1/22/10 with a time of 14minutes and 01 seconds!!!} 2/19/10- 14MINUTES 05 SECONDS 3/20/10- 2010 Climb for Air Challenge!
