This question just reminds me of how many times I've said "I'll start my diet tomorrow." Now tomorrow is TODAY.

My Goals:
My goal is to stick to my goals!

My Program:
Time to spring into action! My health is failing again...mostly due to my weight. I need to take off 10% to start. I try to do 35 minutes of cardio every day but it is not always in the morning since my schedule is so hectic. I will try to do strength training 2-3x per week. On weekends I do 30 minutes of a "fun" exercise like outside biking, kayaking or just playing with kids.

Personal Information:
I am 48 years old, married, with 12 children aged between 18-24. One of my kids each school year was an exchange student in additional to my own three children. All are grown and gone now. I live in Southeast Virginia. I am a scrapaholic. I am addicted to activities on, in or near water. I am a self-employed systems consultant and travel 100% of the time for my work Monday thru Thursday. The traveling adds a level of difficulty to staying on track since I fly back and forth to work each week and mostly stay in hotels with no kitchen. But, since that is my life right now I am making the effort to change despite any obstacles I may have to success. I am currently working in Memphis until further notice. It's okay but not my favorite place. :-)
