Fitness Minutes: 13,601

My Goals:
Drink 64 oz water daily
Journal my food and stay within calorie limit
Exercise 30 minutes 5 times a week.


My Program:
 Eat 5 fruits and vegetables
Drink 64 oz of water
Take daily multivitamin
Journal my food
Exercise 60 minutes at least 5 days a week.

Personal Information:
I am from Culver City California and am married. I love everything that sparkles especially if it is purple. My husband and I have two dogs. A 12 yr old wire haired terrier toy poodle mix named Kisses and a 3 yr old teacup chihuahua named Honey.

I have gained back 92 pounds of a 160 weight loss and I need to get back to where I was three years ago.

I know Spark people is the best tool but it only works if I work it.

Other Information:
 I love music and art. I am a calligrapher, a part time Avon lady and I sing in my Church Choir. I love the internet. I am looking for an accountability partner!

    Noticed on the Team Huddle you're looking for motivation and encouragement. No matter how far the journey, it all starts with one little step followed by another. Its the beginning of a new month and I am choosing to refocus on my goals. Its not always easy, but it is doable. Hang in there!!!
