Update 7-17-13: Its quite obvious by seeing my last update that it has been quite a while since I was on SP. . . Fortunately I haven't fallen too far off the wagon. I was able to remain active and even became and ACE certified group fitness instructor and am now working on my second certification as a health coach! However, in my personal health hasn't been so great. I had some issues that resulted in surgery. The good news is, Im now on the road to recovery and able to slowly start working out again! I cant wait to start the next leg of my fitness journey!!!!

Update 3-1-2011: Im sure all of you were wondering what has been going on in my neck of the woods... well I'll tell ya lol!! I haven't been running as much as I would like to but, its very challenging to find the time to run with 2 kids and responsibilitys piling up. I have not giving up on my goal to loose that extra 20lbs. I found TurboFire and LOVE it!! Im on day 2 of the prep schedule and feel great about it! I have a few issues learning all of the combos and footwork but I'm determined to figure it all out and be able to keep up with the class!!!!
Oh and on another note, I will be getting my books to start working for my group fitness instructor certification!! I will (fingers crossed) have everything I need to start by May-June!!!!

Update 12-6-10: Well a lot of things have been happening in my world, my husband joined the Army and will be leaving for basic in April and wont be back until November, we will be moving in November also but I have no idea where yet, its not really up to me anyway lol! I started running yesterday and really love it so hopefully its what I was looking for to help me loose about 20 extra pounds! Im really glad to be back here!!

Update 8-16-10: So Ive had some trouble keeping up with my workouts and motivation since reaching my goal weight. I have NOT gone over my goal of 150 so that's great but now I need to make new goals JUST to make sure I workout everyday!

New GOAL!! I want to start tracking my streaks! Today was day 1, I want to go a full 10 days working out every day!! Wish me luck!!

Update April 8th 2010!! Goal met!! I've lost 70 lbs!! A year ago I thought a goal weight of 150 was unreachable but I'm happily proven wrong!! Thank you SparkPeople for making the last 20lbs leave my body FOREVER!!

Update 2-8-10: Im down to 160!! Im not to concerned with the scale anymore(I do still want to lose about 10 lbs) Im trying to focus on my fitness. Im about half way through the 30 day shred and have lost about 3 lbs but what Im really after is toning!! Next up is P90X!! I cant wait, the only problem is that im borrowing it from a friend so I dont have any of the text that comes with it (nutrition plans and other info) Im just going to give it my all and push through! Wish me luck!!
