Fitness Minutes: 13,041

My Goals:
To find peace, understanding, contentment, and joy, and be here NOW and in the interim lose 20 lbs and be fit and healthy.

To learn a new language.

My Program:
 I will meditate daily.

I will drink 8 8oz glasses of water daily.

I will exercise at least 30 min daily.

I will make healthy food choices.

I'm from....Deep in the Heart of Texas!

 I love watching movies and reading books.
