Fitness Minutes: 20,264

My Goals:
I would like to run a half marathon some time this year. I am training for one in Albq. in April. I hope I'm ready.

My Program:
 Trying to balance my workout betweek cardio and strength training. Since I am on a running plan, it allows me to maintain that balance with ease.


Personal Information:
I live in Canyon, Tx with my wonderful wife of nine years and 2 great kids. They keep me pretty busy so I have to get my workouts done in the mornings.
