    Hi Sophia! I definitely understand where you're coming from- it can be really hard to eat properly in college! It sounds like you're already very active, which is great- that's one part of the equation. You know you have to focus on your eating habits- start with small changes. Swap out baked chips for regular ones, try portioning out junk food rather than eating from the big bag, maybe start a spark streak where you don't eat after 6 or 7 pm, etc. I think once you start tracking your intake you'll have an easier time seeing where you need to make your changes. It's great that you're starting young- you can make lasting changes now and never have to deal with it again! Check out some spark teams too- they can be a really great source for motivation and support :)
