Introduction Text Hi everyone! I am 27 years old, and currently weigh a wopping 109 kgs. Im looking to get back into shape, fitter and a happier me. I love animals, and i am a dancer. I take pound, burlesque, cabaret, aerial, commercial and pole dancing classes. I am a zumba instructor as well. I have recently been diagnosed with a benign brain tumor which has set me back spiraling out of control. And now i am putting the breaks on and going to put myself back on the right track. I am always up for new friends :) so if you would like to buddy with me for support or encoragement i am happy to do what i can to assist you :)

Eating healthy, one day a week where i splurge so that i dont feel like im going without. Its also a good motivator. Try to drink 4 lts of water a day. And exercise everyday as well as hit 10000 steps with fitbit
