I Can Do It...and so can YOU!


As a medical professional I have truly felt compelled to look at my health and wellness choices. It is time for me to live what I preach! I teach a class called “Wellness Begins Within” and "Princess of Power" for middle school aged girls to learn how to nourish themselves for an active life. I already eat healthy, just working on portion control and timing. Consistency should get me there and a whole lot of prayers!
