    Rough starts are absolutely ok. They happen! Just look ahead and focus on the road ahead! It's great that you got the exercise in while shoveling. I wish I could shovel some snow too! I have been doing my best to stick to my goals for this month. That two hours a day is no joke! Thats on top of the challenges for the SPark Your Body group! emoticon
    Today I ventured out and pan-seared some tilapia and it...was...WONDERFUL!! I am seriously going to be eating it every other day, if not everyday! I have a box of the fillets, so they should last until i buy the next one! How are you doing with your goals? I'm here if you need anybody to vent to! emoticon

    Yes, Happy New Year to you too!! emoticon I actually went to bed early that day. I've been working out at least 2 hours daily since then and let me tell you im getting some goood sleep now! My classes start on the 11th and im excited. I'm going to try to workout in the mornings after I take my son to school or before I go to class.
    I'm also keeping up with the challenges and bonus challenges for the Spark Your Body Bootcamp. I'm trying reeeeally hard and staying motivated as well. How has your routine been going? emoticon

    Great! I can't wait for it to start! I think its awesome that you like the medical field as well. I'm about to start night classes studying to become a Medical Assistant. 6-11P emoticon I'm sure I will try hard to find the time to work out though. I will be keeping up with you so we can reach our goals together! emoticon

    Absolutely! This site is A.Ma.zinG! Every city (and state) has a team and i 've decided to challenge myself by getting into the Top 5 of my state as far as fitness minutes. I've done so in my city already. Now to get to #1 emoticon
    Have you joined the team Sparkpeople's Official Spark Your Body Bootcamp? It's not a literal bootcamp, but it does encourage daily workouts. I think it'll be fun to do, plus you'll have the chance to win one of many different iPods. It lasts from Jan 3-30th.
