22 sept 2015 - post summer update
so the summer. I have 2 "tankinis" from previous that were tight and the top tended to ride up without tugging and the straps kind of cut into my shoulders. Now the bottoms are falling off. the tops still look nice so I went out and bought 2 sport panties with skirts. I think they are tennis skirts. they look really good with the tops. I found an old suit that I decided to wear as long as I could to the pool to finish off and get rid of. Still trying to de-bulk the house. Went to water ...

Feeling more strength and it shows when I work with Rachel, my new trainer at LA Fitness. I can do more scissors and reverse crunches now and I don't tip over doing lunges. The water really helps. Erin had a huge fibroid removed in Philadelphia. She feels well, no more pain. Haven't been doing much with the diet, just staying more active. I will be seeing Miller at Dr Kantor's office on October 2. I am sure that they will not be too pleased with my progress...but I feel better (some heartburn and problems with some veggies), and my clothes are looser.

Personal Information:
Other Information:
Love to cook and modify favorites to make them less calorie dense without giving up what makes the food great to start with. In other words, fake ice cream isn't worth it to me, but I can make a low fat smoothie that won't miss the extra fat and sugar.
