    I saw your comment on the WW team about hard work and no success. Hang in there! It's not just about weight loss. Are there other ways your health and well-being is improving because of your consistency? Do you feel stronger and more confident? Do you feel pride and self-acceptance? Make a list - I bet you'll find all kinds of things you're doing right! The scale will catch up.
