Hello! I am a wife and a mother to four wonderful children. In school I was an active person who played softball, basketball, just to name a few. Of course after four children and a relatively non active lifestyle of late, I have gained more than a few pounds. I am trying to remedy that, and think this is a good start. It is so hard to find motivation or time with all my families needs, but I have learned I can be a better wife and mother if I am healthier. So here goes.......wish me luck!!!!!!

My Goals:
My goals are very simple, but not easy to accomplish. I want to lose 50 pounds at least, and to learn a healthier lifestyle. I hate the word diet because that is not what I am doing. I want to be more fit, so I will not be that mom that can't keep up with her kids or enjoy life to the fullest because my weight gets in the way. I also hope to help and motivate others, but that is a long term goal as I am just starting to figure those things out for myself.

My name is Stephanie. I grew up in a little town in Oklahoma, where I lived until I was 21. I married the man of my dreams 9 years ago. We have known each other since we were 12, and I have always loved him. We now live in a little town in Arkansas where he grew up. We are very family oriented, and spend as much of our time with the kids as we can. You blink and they are all grown up, and I don't want to say I am sorry I missed that.

Other Information:
Always remember that to get to the top of the mountain you first have to walk through the valley.
