Where do I begin....time got away from me and I started to let life get the best of me with everything seeming to be going wrong now I am trying to come back and I see the pics I posted a year ago and I go again and truly need the help and motivation of all those around me. I can't let this get the best of me I know I was a much livelier person when I was doing more with myself. I let the bad weigh me down and food, depression, and lonliness became my survival but I don't think that was surviving at all that was just giving myself many things have changed and now I need to start the journey again....this time with my family in tow. My bad choices have led to their bad choices and well now we all paying the price health wise and this is not where I want to here goes it step at a time!!

1. Daily cardio of at least 30 min...
2. Staying determined and focused on making changes.
3. Read an inspiration daily and ponder it.
4. Motivate someone else by example.
5. Smile and keep positive thoughts daily.

Now is my time to focus on healthy choices for myself and to be the healthy happy person I know that I can be and by using all the resources available to me....the motivation from others truly keeps me going but helps me to motivate others also...I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL DO THIS!! Focus will be my determination....

    I did SUPER yesterday!! I even walked after 12 hours at work!! I was amazed...I feel like I am making much better decisions! I work another 12 today...only 4 tomorrow though!!! THANK GOD! I hope you are doing well today....keep up the super work are right we can do this together!!!!!!!! I can't wait until my "ticker" looks like yours!! WOOHOO!!!! You are an inspiration!

    I am scared to death! Since I haven't run a race since last year, I think I would be an unseeded runner. Unless I did a half sometime soon...You know you talked me into my half. Be careful, I am very impressionable. emoticon

    GOOD MORNING!!! I did GREAT yesterday! I stuck to my program...I wrote everything down...I walked around the block (about a mile give or take....short but huge for me!!) ...I even went to bed before I ate a snack!! My biggest challenge is going to be exercise...I work 12 hour shifts so this is hard for me to squeeze in exercise....I am going to work on about you? What is hardest for you right now?? HAVE A GREAT DAY!! I will try to check in tonight....

    oh and by the way I would LOVE to motivate each other! You are at the weight I want to get to as my 1st super big goal!! 218 is what I was before I found out I was pregnant with my son (that was 15 years ago!!) ....please check in on me and I will check in on you!!! WE CAN DO !!!

    I was just reading what you wrote in your intro...I totally agree ....I lost 40 pounds with spark and then I stopped doing everything I needed to do to stay where I was...I am so angry with myself because I have to start all over at the beginning again....I am determined not to let this get the best of me....I really want to do more to make myself healthy....
