My Goals:
My main goal is to find a balance between being physically active without increasing pain in joints.
Secondly, eating more nutritiously and increasing water intake.
My Program:
I am trying to workout 5-6 days a week doing some cardio, strengthening and stretching.
Personal Information:
I am a wife, mother of three active teenagers and only daughter to my recently widowed father. My journey lately has been trying to meet the needs of my family, my father and taking care of me.
Other Information:
When I have a moment to myself I like to read or sometimes knit. I have recently become more interested in photography and would love to see where it takes me.
