    The time to believe in yourself is now. :) Just give yourself a little chance to see that you are able to move ahead one step at a time. Celebrate every victory - no matter how small it may seem. Don't attack yourself for every little thing. See the positive with a magnifying glass if you have to and ignore everything else. YOU ARE SO WORTH THE EFFORT!!!!! emoticon

    I was adding it to breakfast( about 1/2 teas) I didn't find anything it didn't work on- even scrambled eggs! LOL...THen I mixed 1/4 teas in with lunch- didn't even notice it with soup, tuna salad or in a salad dressing. Then again 1/4 teas mixed into whatever dinner was and sometimes 1/4 to 1/2 teas in either hot cocoa, warm milk with vanilla and cinnamon or in hot cider( there is a light version that only has 50 cals) SO I'd say 1 teas a day is what did it for me. The studys said 1/2 teas to 2 teas had the same effect. Thanks for the comment on my blog!
