    How do I keep it fresh? I don't! Lol.
    Every time it gets old the next day or the next week I start all over again.
    One thing that works for me is to spin the silly wheel every day. It keeps me on SparkPeople and where I belong. I invariably read an article, track, post in one of my teams. It keeps me focused. I have had health issues and slid down hill, but managed to climb back up. Just keep on coming back. This place grows on you. Trust me!
