    I read your comment on avocados~how do you know which fats are good for you~
    Here is some info that may be of some help to you~
    I have read the Flat Belly Diet Book { by the editors of Prevention magazine} that explains about the "good fats"~
    they are called MUFAs~Mono Unsaturated fatty Acids~ and are usually what we think NOT to eat but actually in SMALL amts. ARE GOOD for us ~avocados, black olives , nuts , choc. chips {only 1/4 cup per serving!} .
    I have lost 5.8 lbs. in almost a month ,eating a MUFA with each meal plus a snack.
    The book I described above shows you how by providing predone meals and recipes or you can swap out ingredients that are similar in calories .
