My Goals:
I. To reach 120 pounds.
2. Drink 9 glasses of water daily
3. Eat more fruits and veggies.

My Program:
 I am eating a 1200 calorie diet, I walk everyday and I try to walk 13000 steps a day. Most times I meet this goal or surpass it.
