Fitness Minutes: 11,639

My Goals:
When I put my weight in SP and found that in one year I could loose 50 pounds that became my goal. It doesn't sound like a dream but something that I will write next year that has happened.

To slip in to a Size 12 jeans would be awesome!

My Program:
 Taking time to establish goals in my mind, heart and on paper. Will share when God gives me these answers.



Personal Information:
Hi, I am from Northern NY and moved to Southern IN in 1987. I am married and have four children and five grandchildren.

We have moved into our new home in the woods. It has taken 5 years of DH working non-stop.


I am involved in a lot of acitivities.

I love to paint and write.

    My yoga class is great! You can close your eyes, and imagine yourself in a relaxing place, like lying on your couch not doing Yoga.

    I prefer sit-ups to jumping jacks. At least I get to lie down after each one.
