Introduction Text I lost 100, but have gain most back. I am starting again. I will win. UPDATE: 6/9/12 I am starting to feel like my old self again. I miss being on this site. I wll start posting pictures again and just get totally into the swing of things. At this point I am 155.3 pounds. I will start basing my goals to sizes. Each 10 pounds over 200 pounds is equal to a size. Each 7 pounds under 200 pounds is equal to a size. I plan on be a size down by first week in August. UPDATE: I finally check my weight. Today I am (sob-get it together) 252 pounds. I was gadging my BMI on my WII. According to it, I had lost 6 pounds so far, so that means I actually started at 258 . I had gained all but 1 pound back. I cannot let this happen. So I am back on my journey. No tears, no regrets, just sweat:-). God helped me to do it before, He will help me again.

I will lose 10 pounds at a time.

I have learned how to be happy where I am. I will not be depressed that I am back at 258 pounds. It could be 300. If I was at 300 pounds, I would be glad to be at 258. So, I will celebrate where I am now and move on. Thank you lord for my health.
