Thanks for the comment on my blog! I went ahead and added you as friend because I saw your thread on the BodyRock page. I have actually tried to get active on that page, and was met with a lot of negativity, so while I still am a member of the group, I don't actively post in it.
I did the previous 30 Day Real Time challenge with Lisa and loved it, except it was a full body workout for 5 days a week. It was usually followed by a "burnout" weight section which would just focus on body part, which I liked. It was a bit much and I got so tired that I had to take a few days to stop working out. I am a big fan of working out the upper body and lower body on separate days.
As for the comments and camera angels, well the camera angels I can get use to because I rarely actually watch the video, I listen for the cues. With Lisa Marie's 30 Day on BodyRock.tv (not DailyHIIT), it was 30 seconds skip (or jog in place for me), while she did the workout, then you did the workout for 30 seconds and she skipped. It was easy to look and copy because I get confused easily.
Well I am glad I'm not the only Sparker doing this. Nice to know I am not alone. I hope my allergy meds work so I can do today's session. Cedar is a killer this year.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. It had been a while since I went to their site too. They have completely redone it. Much simpler so it is way easier to navigate. I literally just finished a core workout and my abs are still screaming. Sometimes I think I am sadistic because I love this pain. Have a great day! 2931 days ago
