I have found that I need boundaries when it comes to food otherwise i always eat more than I should. I recently have begun to lose weight by following the Kiwi Kiss Healthy eating plan by Carloyn Gibson.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 10 kilos so that I get a healthier BMI ratio. Hopefully this will lead to clothes fitting me better because I love wearing nice clothes!
My Program:
I am doing Carolyn Gibson's portion control diet because it is quick and easy and I can keep track of it in my head. I am walking most days and doing pilates once a week. I also do a gym weights/toning workout once or twice a week.
Personal Information:
I am a teacher from New Zealand.
Other Information:
In a recent check-up with my personal trainer at the gym I found out that I have increased my muscle mass (and reduced the amount of fat just a little so yay for me!)

HI: Sorry I have not been on spark much. Working 6 days a week and keeping up with household chores has been a full plate for me.
After next week I will be working a 5 day week again!! The students come back from college. It will be good to have two days in a row off again!!!
