I'm almost 31 years old and may be on my last chance to become healthy. When I was injured in the military,it became a wake up call. not only do I have many physical and psychological issues from the accident,but they discovered heart and breast issues that may have not been detected otherwise. And because I was unable to exercise, my weight sky rocketed. This scared me.I really began making the effort to get healthy. Unfortunately, until just two weeks ago (August 12,2009) I was living in VA community living in San Francisco and going to treatment daily. Now I'm home, but going back to the doctor about 4 days a week. But now I am ready to get back on track. I want to go get back into shape and get through my thirty's, if not my sixty's

1.loose as much weight as possible in a realistic way. 2.improve walking ability 3.lower cholesterol.230 is NOT good for a 30 year old with heart problems 4. get healthy enough to get off medications.

1. participating more on the hikes or walks they offer. 2. Tai-chi three times a week. 3.Thera-band exercises for 30 minutes twice a week. 4.contact my spark buddies and friends for support when I need it.
