    `*•.¸ `*•.¸ reading this message right now `*•.¸

    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I used to have a comfort zone where I felt safe and couldn’t fail,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* Locked in my daily routine without any worry or fear,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    *•.¸ `*•.¸♥* In those imaginary four walls I was alone; it was as if I was in jail.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I dared not try any new things that were new or unclear.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸

    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I longed so much to do some things I’d never tried before,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* To venture out, try something new, of which I had no doubt.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    *•.¸ `*•.¸♥* But I stayed inside my comfort zone and paced the same old floor.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* When boredom got the best of me, I knew I had to figure it out.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸

    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I told myself it didn’t matter that I wasn’t doing much.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I claimed to be so busy with many things inside my comfort zone,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* I said I didn’t care for spontaneity, noise, crowds, adventure, and such.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* But deep inside I longed to try something new and different from what I’ve known.*♥`*•.¸

    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* So if you’re in a comfort zone, and cautious to venture out,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* A small step, or two, can help you to make a small change,*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* And open your senses to new possibilities previously out of your range.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸
    `*•.¸ `*•.¸♥* Take that first step with confidence; there’s no need to be filled with doubt.*♥`*•.¸ `*•.¸

    Balance is a fluid, and ever-changing medium in our lives. Picture yourself standing on a balance board, or an inflatable silicone balance board. in order to maintain your balance and not fall off, the muscles in your body are constantly contracting and relaxing, and shifting from one set to the other. . . It is a constant shift between feeling like you are losing your balance, then regaining some balance, to trying again. It requires practice and effort to master. So, the conclusion, and lesson from this simple example, shows us that find the right balance for us, is not only unique to us, but takes a great deal of give and take, constant adjustment and tuning, and once found, may not be the solution tomorrow!

    Focus on the balance in your life this week. What seems dominant? What do you need to take away or add to bring it more into balance?
