I am a full-time graduate student and part-time research assistant in Autism research. When it comes to dieting, I have historically yo-yoed so much I would get whiplash. Armed with knowledge, motivation, and healthy habits, I'm ready to finally cease avoiding having my picture taken & hearing my thighs rub together, and to embrace a slimmer, healthier me :)

My Goals:
in no particular order, I want to strut a bikini, convert to a healthier lifestyle, and wear a backless wedding dress.

My Program:
In order to lose 25 pounds, my goal is to take in 1200-1500 calories a day, work out 3 times a week, track everything, and walk my doggie every day. I have a rewards system for meeting my goals which is explained in my blog post from 3/1/12 :)
