I AM DONE...DONE....DONE!

I am a happily married mother of two. I reside in MN and love every minute of it! For years I have fallen into the Sweatshirt Slump! After delivering a baby over a year ago and promising myself it would only take me 4 months to get my body back, I now need to bring it back more than ever...:0)

My plan is what I make it (simple)...exercise daily and eat healthy! Knowing this is much easier said than done I look to SP for support and ...

My Program:
 My main focus is eating within my calorie range. I love to exercise so that never seems to be an issue but I MUST incorporate more strength exercises to get the unltimate recipe for success!

    Thanks for the compliment but that pic is actually old... probably last summer. If you think my face looks thinner there, I can't wait for you to see it now! I will try to take some pics and get them on here today. Elijah just told me how to get my pics from TMobile to the computer files so I can upload them to other places... I may be losing weight but my ability to understand most technology is still in need of improvement!

    I miss you and Mindy, and am looking forward to chatting in person again soon! I hope you guys are having a good summer so far.

    Thanks again for the encouragement! I was picking out something to wear yesterday and was getting irritated because nothing was fitting. The same ol same ol ya know... but guess what??? I realized they were not fitting because they were TOO BIG... OMG!!! I had to go down a size and am ecstatic about the change!!! I am unbelieveably happy with everyting!!!

    BTW not sure I'm coming back to work... EVER. Staying at home is really much better than sitting in a cube, staring at a computer with no outlet to the outside world and fresh air. Of course they won't pay me to be a stay at home Mom who volunteers while the kid is in school so I will be back. Ugh.
