It's time to change today!
I'm done with yo-yo dieting (I've said this numerous times before). I think that I've finally found a way to make permanent changes in my life with SPARKPEOPLE.

My Goals:
-Lose 15 to 20 lbs.
-Fully recover from my fractured knee
-Don't use my injured knee as an excuse not to be active
My Program:
-Start walking on treadmill, progress to jogging/running as soon as my knee allows
-Strength training
-Continue physical therapy
