Hi Jo, thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I live in Northern Wisconsin. And the book I'm using is called "The Vegetable Gardener's Bible" by Edward Smith. Here is a link:

Thanks for the comment on my photo!
I was actually very close to goal when that 'in-between' picture was taken. Unfortunately, I have since gained a lot back.

However, I am re-starting (again), and will get there once more!

Jo thank you so much for you comments on my Blog. Yes, we do not realize how much we take for granted and especially with all the tragedies in the USA. How is Dan doing? I say my rosary every night for all of my friends and family.

    Jo--
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I agree with you, that LISTENING to God is much harder than talking to Him. Oftentimes I use my swimming as a prayer time, and I can listen better then, because I can't hear most of what's happening around me. It's so easy to let your mind wander, figuring out a grocery list, or pondering some news item. It's definitely a discipline, and one that we all need to cultivate. I'm so thankful that God is patient with is!!

    God bless,
    Lori
