I started my vegan diet at 228lbs, 33.76 BMI, on July11th, 2017 along with a 20K walk on Sundays and a 5K on Tuesdays. As of December 2017 due to weather conditions, I have stopped my running. While using this app to accomplish my goals: 180lbs by 01 25 18, I have lost 31lbs, just missing my intermediate goal of 194lbs by 3lbs on Nov 11th 2017. My Cholesterohl medication was stopped in march 2018. I went off my vegan diet late 2017 during the Holidays, I have incorporated poultry, turkey and hen and fish occasionally. Due to my hypothyroidism the soy had to be cut from my diet and that was my meat replacement also gluten is an issue for thyroid aswell so no moc meat for me. As of July 12th 2019, I am at 193 lbs, I walked 40 miles during this week. I am on one medication now Synthroid 112 mg, I am starting a Thyroid Support dieitary supplement system with Gaia Herbs to get proper minerals and vitamins for my thyroid, so my medication can be lowered pr stopped. As of today 08/23/19 I am 186lbs Bought my first H & M shirt. And a 38 weast jean today.

I would like to be at 168lbs by January 30th 2020, Buy my first H&M suit, Get off of Synthroid Medication and manage my Hypothyroidism through a Naturopathic Physician and finish a marathon.

Spark People has helped me in monitoring my weight and food intake as well exercise, I am also on rally through my insurance with weekly health coach and program.
