Am I REALLY dedicated THIS time?!
I joined SP in April 2011 and left in August 2011 after losing 17 pounds—feeling discouraged and hopeless. You see, just a couple years previously I had lost 100 pounds in 9 mos/11 days. When I joined in that April I had gained 87 pounds and was looking for answers (help), not finding what I needed at the time, I left.
01.05.15 ~ Now, nearly four years later, I've gained all 100 pounds back plus a few (4) more. Still looking for answers, and although I don't feel hopeful, there ...

01.05.15 ~ Now, nearly four years later, I've gained all 100 pounds back plus a few (4) more. Still looking for answers, and although I don't feel hopeful, there is always that little voice inside me that wonders if I can do it again.

My Goals:
01.05.15 ~ Stopped drinking soda. (01.12.15 Drank 20 oz of soda)
Goals in the past have been 150 and when I couldn't make it, I'd change the goal to 160. When I reached 158 it was short-lived and too difficult to maintain.
Right now, today, all I care about is getting under 200, so 199 is my goal. My body (or my mental fortitude) is NOT designed to be thin, I'll be happy with average or slightly above.
My Program:
I don't want to "wing it" like my previous attempt on SP, but haven't really thought about my game plan. And, I don't want to go on the Michael Thurman plan where I had success.
I guess for now, I will "wing it" albeit not the best alternative.

Love, love, love animals of all kinds—nature too!
Our house is an animal menagerie and each are special and very much loved.
