Fitness Minutes: 1,395

My Goals:
I hope to get down to 200 pounds... the doctor would like to see 160... ha ha ha. I weigh 300 now. I have lupus, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and migraines, but other than that in great health. I'll be going back on topamax soon, so I will technically be cheating with a weight loss drug. When I was on it before I lost 50+ pounds. I only gained it back because of some PTSD issues.

My Program:
 I'm going to walk, walk in the pool, use the elliptical, and eat with more conscious.
