Sister Becky Gets Serious
In 2008 I lost 15 pounds before taking a trip to Italy. I even lost weight while in Italy because we were so active. In 2009 I've gained it all back because I've let my Office Job rule my life and squeeze out any time for exercise or taking care of myself.
In 2010, I got married at the end of May (something I never thought would happen again!) and 4 weeks later I ran a half-marathon (something I NEVER thought was even on my list!)

Increase my activity level so that I'm burning more than I'm taking in.
