About 3 years ago I hit a rock bottom with my weight. That's when I found spark people. I lost about 65 pounds and kind of hit a brick wall. I wasn't gaining, but I wasn't losing either. In March of 2010 my hubby and I were given a gift we had been waiting for a VERY long time. I credit the help that I have gotten from spark people for helping me lose weight and get healthy enough to get pregnant! On Thanksgiving Day of 2010 we were blessed to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy. He is a blessing and a joy everyday. I am working now to lose the baby weight. I have started tracking my food again and walking regularly and to my surprise I only have 15 pounds to go before I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I plan to go beyond that but that is my first goal. Thank you to all who share their stories to inspire people like me :)

Fitness Minutes: 47,108

My Goals:
Excercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day.

Track at least one meal per day.

Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.

Lose 44 pounds before Dec. 31, 2009

My Program:
I have started to do Wii. If nothing else it is quality time with my husband and step daughter. This spring (if it ever gets here) I will start walking again. Usually about 3 miles a day.

I have discovered that even though I read slower than a snail moves, I still enjoy a good book. I do photography besides my full time job. I want to learn more and get better at it. I love to see a satisfies smile when people get their photos.
