I started working out six to eight hours a week and eating right February 2012. My goal was to be a healthy 140 pounds and a size 8, which I have far surpassed. I had a hefty 192 pounds on my 5'8" small body frame and was wearing a whopping size 16. I gained a pound in the first month, but my body fat had decreased. My body fat percent started at 44%. I've been working hard since then, and as of April 2013 I'm at 138 pounds and wear a size 2 with 21% body fat. I still want to cut more body fat and get down to 130 pounds. People have started saying that I'm "skin and bones". That is not the case however, there are LEAN MUSCLES between my skin and bones that I'm continuing to build on. This is my journey, and I will not let others take it away from me.

My Program:
I workout six hours a week doing circuit training that involves cardio, weight lifting, boxing, and kickboxing with great company!
Mondays - 1 hr cardio/ weight circuit training
Tuesdays - 1 hr cardio/ weight circuit training
Wednesdays - 1 hr boxing / kickboxing on pads with partner
Thursdays - 1 hr cardio/ weight circuit training
Friday - 1 hr cardio/ weight circuit training
Saturday - 1 hr cardio/ weight circuit training
Sunday - Rest Day
